Refund Policy
At High Society Gallery, every piece is made to order — custom produced specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We also cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order beyond 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you’ve made an error with your order, please reach out to us immediately at info@highsocietygallery.com.
Damaged Orders
In rare instances, items may sustain damage during shipping. If your order arrives with noticeable damage, please email clear, detailed photos of the issue — including the product and its packaging — to info@highsocietygallery.com.
Upon review, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or repair. To be eligible for this review, you agree to the following terms:
- Images must clearly show the damage and be submitted in .jpeg or .png format.
- Images must be received within 72 hours of the delivery date noted by the shipping carrier.
- Photos must be taken immediately after delivery — before the artwork has been hung, placed, or installed.
- The Damage Review process may take up to 30 business days to complete.
- If approved, any replacement will be subject to current production timelines and availability. In the case of a repair or replacement, return shipping costs may apply.
