Order
Each of our fine art prints requires about 10-14 business days to be printed, mounted, framed, and dispatched. After shipping, we'll send you a tracking number to monitor your order's progress. Generally, orders take between 3-5 days to arrive.
No, your order will not include an invoice, only a branded packing slip. Our fine art prints are excellent choices for gifts. Additionally, we provide gift cards for those times when you're uncertain about what to pick for someone special.
Should your print arrive in a condition that is anything but perfect, please contact us right away. Send us photos of the damaged print and the box it was delivered in to support@highsocietygallery.com so we can assist you. It's important to always include photos of the box or boxes your art came in, even if there are no visible signs of damage.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please inform us by sending an email to support@highsocietygallery.com, and we will investigate further.
Artwork
Yes, we provide unframed prints, allowing you to customize the appearance of your final artwork. Simply choose the "Print only" option when placing the artwork in your basket.
Yes, we offer shadow boxes throughout our size range for the highest quality premium product. Borders are a 6.5cm white border around the image.
Unfortunately we are unable to make any customizations at this time.
All of our frames are made from wood and hand assembled for each piece.
Each frame we offer comes ready to hang, equipped with wall buddies and strung for simple installation. We recommend using screws for hanging our smaller frames and an anchor for our two largest sizes, depending on your wall type.
Limited edition pieces are provided with a numbered certificate of authenticity. Limited editions frequently sell out quickly. To stay updated on these releases, the best approach is to subscribe to our newsletter.
All of our artworks are printed on a heavy 270gsm matte archival 100% cotton rag paper.
For all our fine art prints, we utilize a robust sheet of UV-blocking acrylic. Although more costly than glass, we opt for acrylic framing because it provides enhanced protection and is less prone to damage during transit.
Returns & Cancellations
Since each piece is custom printed, mounted, and framed to your specifications, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
All sales are final since each piece is custom made to order specifically for you, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All cancellations and changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours of the original purchase. Since we custom print and frame each piece specifically for you, we are unable to make adjustments once the framing process has begun.
